Ballyboden St Enda’s marched into this evening’s Dublin SFC semi-final draw thanks to a comprehensive 1-19 to 0-11 win over Castleknock last night (Saturday) at Parnell Park.
The 2016 All-Ireland champions pulled clear late in the first-half with points from Céin D’Arcy, Colm Basquel (2) and O’Dwyer that saw the lead by 0-9 to 0-5 at the half.
Colm Basquel, Warren Egan and Ryan Basquel extended their lead after the resumption and a penalty from the latter on 49 minutes wrapped up the win.
It sees ‘Boden into this evening’s open semi-final draw in the capital alongside holders Kilmacud Crokes who saw off Ballymun Kickhams on a 0-14 to 0-10 scoreline yesterday.
Later today at Parnell Park, St Jude’s face Cuala (2pm) for a place in the last four before Raheny meet St Vincent’s (4pm).
