Donal Keogan will make his 140th appearance for Meath against Longford in the O'Byrne Cup at Ashbourne this evening.

One of the most under-rated defenders of his generation, the long-serving Rathkenny clubman will line out at centre back as the Royals bid to reach the knockout stages of the pre-season competition after beating Carlow and drawing with Laois in the previous rounds.

Longwood's Billy Hogan makes his debut on goals, while Ronan Jones and Thomas O'Reilly make their first starts of the season.
