Full back David Griffin returns to the Cork team for the All-Ireland U21HC final against Tipperary on Sunday.
The Carrigaline clubman was absent from Denis Ring's side for the semi-final win over Wexford due to injury but has recovered in time to face the Premier County at the Gaelic Grounds.
Griffin's inclusion is the only change with Blackrock's John Cashman being the player who makes way.
The Rebels are hotly fancied to take their first All-Ireland U21 hurling title in 20 years having already beaten Tipp by thirteen points in the Munster decider before thrashing Wexford on a 3-26 to 0-13 scoreline two weeks ago.
