Loughnane is new Offaly minor manager

Declan Loughnane was installed as the new Offaly minor hurling manager last night.

A former Sligo hurler and manager, the Shinrone native managed the Offaly junior camogie team this year. His selectors will be Leo O'Connor, Pat Temple and Niall McGrath.
