Senior: The Senior team played away to Templeport St Aidans on Sunday last in Round three of the Ulster Junior Football league and came away with a good victory on a score line of 4-13 to 2-09. Well done to all especially 4 young players who made their first senior start ie. Shay Duffy, Sean Hamill, Jason Duffy and Martin Sheridan and all gave a good account of themselves. This win sets up a home Quarter Final against Ballybrick(Co Tyrone) this weekend
Reserves: The Reserve game against Eire og was cancelled on Saturday last due to Storm Jorge. They play at home to Monaghan Harps this Sunday at 2pm. Best wishes to the team and management
U18: This competition is due to start on the 7th April. More details to follow in the coming weeks.
U17: The Under 17 competition is not starting till 23rd June.
U15: This competition is due to start on the 2nd April. More details to follow in the coming weeks
U13: This competition is due to start on the 14th of March with away games against Latton and Killanny more details in next week's notes
School Team: Well done to ballybay community college and especially our club representatives Ryan Johnston, Aaron Hamilton, Killian Mc Geough and Pearse Mc Mahon who had an excellent victory over St Farnans Co Kildare winning by 1-7 to 0-2 in the All Ireland Semi Final in extreme weather conditions in Darver on Saturday last. The final is fixed for 21st March.
Membership: Membership this year are as follows Adult Non Playing member €30, Family €55(2 Adults from 1 Family), Adult Player Over 18 €50, Adult Player Over 17 but U18 €30, Social Membership €15 - it is compulsory that anyone using the Walking Track to pay the Social Membership if they not wish to become Full Members of the Club. Anyone wishing to pay their membership either as a Full Member or Social Member to contact Rosemary Johnston on 0872862074 as soon as possible thank you.

Walk & Talk: Due to public demand and in conjunction with the Aughnamullen Healthy Club Initiative it has been decided to continue with the community walk on Thursday nights starting from 7 to 8pm under the banner of Walk and Talk. Parents are encouraged to bring their children along for what will probably be the healthiest activity they will be involved in any week. Anyone who is not a club member or social club member are required to pay €15 social membership for insurance purposes. Of course the walking track is open to anyone in the community from 6am to 10 pm provided they have paid their membership
County Team Affairs: Hard luck to the county senior team who were defeated by Donegal in the national league on Sunday last. Their next game is against Kerry in Inniskeen on Sunday week the 15th of March 2pm
