Kilmainhamwood 6-20 Eastern Gaels 0-4

Kilmainhamwood made the trip to sunny Slane on Sunday morning in Round 2 of the Junuor B Championship.

Kilmainhamwood were in fine scoring form with scores from Shane Townley, Rian Stafford, Darragh Smith Paul Carolan and Killian Russell. Eastern Gaels scored a magnificent 2 pointer which proved to be their sole score of the half.

The second half followed the same trend as the first with Kilmainhamwood scored handsomely to secure the spoils. The Kilmainhamwood management team rang in the changes to freshen things up for the second half with Michael Shankey, Cathal Bennett, Harry Corbally, Oisin Reilly and Adam Crosbie entering the fold. The Wood second half scores came via Daragh Smith, Niall Conlon, Killian Russell, Noah Madden Michael Shankey,  Rian Stafford and an impressive soccer style cross from Michael Shankey to find Adam Crosbie who found the back of the net.
