Jun B HC: Tough day at the office for Kilskyre Moylagh

August 11, 2025

Kilskyre's Moylagh's Ronan McGuinness

Kilskyre Moylagh 0:05 Na Fianna 3:19

An away fixture to Na Fianna was always going to prove tricky for Kilskyre Moylagh’s second team as you never know what you are going to see when playing a Senior teams second string.

Kilskyre Moylagh started well but a series of missed opportunities in the opening minutes seemed to sap the energy out of the same team that won well against Boardsmill two week back.

Na Fianna took control of this contest early and never relented with solid free taking, good points from play and three well worked goals.

For Kilskyre Moylagh this is game that is best forgotten quickly, and they will need to if there are going to progress which is what they can do in the final fixture v Dunderry in Kilskyre.

Kilskyre Moylagh: Emmet Hallinan, Gavin Corrigan, John Harvey, Philip Grall, Mattie Farrell, Kevin Shaw, Cormac Guirke, Matthew Farrelly, Daragh Tuite, James McDonnell (0-1), Kevin Foley, Ciaran Hannon, Peadar Byrne, Ronan McGuinness (0-4), Niall Farrelly

Subs: Conor Rennicks for Philip Grail, Eoin Briody for Cormac Guirke, Eanna Brody for Niall Farrelly, Ciaran Foley for Gavin Corrigan, Cillian Fanning for Kevin Foley, Gary Kelly for Ciaran Hannon.
