Summerhill 1-19 Skryne 1-13

Holders Summerhill finished their League campaign on a positive note with a six point victory over Skryne.

Despite playing against a strong wind in the first half, Summerhill were the team to kick off the scoring with a well worked point by Conor Lyons. Barry Dardis took an ambitious effort on goal in the second quarter, which he converted. The Hill kept their composure and did not drop their heads for the remainder of the half, even when Skryne scored an array of two pointers and a goal.

The visitors, now with wind advantage, started the second half with determination to close the league on a high note. The elements greatly benefited Summerhill, as they scored 12 points, including two 2 pointers.
