St Brigids 4-17 Carnaross 0-13

St Brigids welcomed Carnaross to Ballinacree for Round 8 of the League on Sunday morning.

St Brigids blitzed the visitors in the first half with the halftime score reading 2-09 to 0-01, the goals coming from Shane Gilsenan and Ivan Carroll.

The second period followed much the same pattern but Carnaross knocked over five two pointers to leave the final score 4-17 to 0-13 to the hosts. Slane awaits us in Slane on Tuesday the 17th in Round 9.
