Tom Lynch was a truly special little guy with a huge personality.

He was never shy about sharing his thoughts and always knew what he wanted. It makes you think about whether our paths in life are already set for us. For Tom, he had just twelve short years to make his mark—and boy, did he do that!

Maybe he understood that time was precious, and for that, we celebrate you, Tom.

This journey was made possible thanks to his amazing mam, Nikki, dad, Derek, his sister, Lucy, his brother, Charlie, and all the family, friends, and neighbours who surrounded him with love. They did everything they could, leaving no regrets behind. That will bring great comfort to Nikki and Derek as they look back on the wonderful memories they shared.

For Kilskyre Hurling & Camogie Club as with Ballinlough GFC, Tom was more than just a fan; he was a shining example of inclusivity. Many young kids in these clubs learned a crucial lesson from Tom: we might all be different, but we’re equally important. That lesson is something they’ll carry with them for life. Thank you, Tom; we owe you one and we’re all the better for knowing you.
