Rathmolyon 3-20 Longwood 1-09

Rathmolyon opened their Division 3 Hurling League campaign with a win over Longwood.

The Village made the short trip to Longwood and took the lead with points from David Morgan, Seán Howley and Kevin Mulligan.  

A goal just before half time from Seán Howley left Rathmolyon leading by 

Rathmolyon 1-12 to Longwood 0-06.

The second half continued with goals from Arthur Doyle and Kevin Mulligan along with Cathal Regan, Jack Payne, Gary Doherty and John Harnan securing the win.

Next up for the Village is at home to St. Fechins on Easter Saturday, 19 April.
