Dunderry got off to the perfect start in the Division 7 FL with a 14 point away to Walterstown.
There was 13 different scorers in an excellent team performance. Oisin O'Neill burst through in the opening minute for a goal and the final act of the half was another superb team goal, palmed to the net by Simon Carty. In between, some great scores were kicked, in particular by Jack Darcy and Kyran Woods.
In the second half, Dunderry continued to play the better football with Tadhg Dowd celebrating his appointment as vice captain with a rasping finish for a goal. A few minutes later, Bob claims he saw the keeper off his line for another three pointer.
