Dunderry's Conor Leavy claimed the Vincent Guy Perpetual Trophy after another exciting Meath Road Hurling Championship hosted by Boardsmill.
The results are in for 2024 Meath Road Hurling Championships kindly sponsored by Stonewall Coffee
The mens individual winner with a score of 88 points is Conor Leavy from the Dunderry club. Runners up were James McNally and Sean Howley.
The women's individual winner was Hayley Kennedy of the Trim Camogie Club with a score of 54 points.
The women's team winners were Hayley Kennedy, Mary Andrews and Emma Reilly all of Trim. The team scored a combined 118 points just pipping the Boardsmill team of Tara Browne, Jessica Ryall and Megan Loughran on 116 points.
The mens winning team was a Rathmolyon, Na Fianna and Boardsmill mix as Sean Howley, Eoin Coffey and Darren Andrews hit a huge total of 230 points. Runners up went to the all Kildalkey team of James and Niall McNally and Brin Kelly on a score of 218 points.
In the Juvenile Section Boardsmill's Darragh Purcell claimed the under 16 competition in his final year with a huge score of 76 points just beating team mate Patrick Guy.
Finally our under 16 girls winner was Abbie Reilly of Boardsmill with a super score of 44 points narrowly defeating Niamh Purcell.
