Kilmessan claimed the Meath Under 15 Division 2 Hurling Championship title with this six point win over Wolfe Tones at a stormy Kilberry on Sunday morning.
Wolfe Tones played with the wind in the opening half and went in at the break 2-5 to 0-5 in front. A Robbie Denny goal early in the second half gave Kilmessan a perfect start and from there on they never looked back outscoring the home side 0-11 to 0-2 to seal the win.
After the game joint captains Khaleed Drumuala and Terry Martin were presented with the Under 15 Division 2 HC Cup.
