The managers of the senior football and hurling teams have agreed that as far as possible they would be willing to play challenge matches in regional venues in front of a crowd in preparation of next year’s league and championship. Chairman Jason Plunkett said with the preseason accident tournaments not going ahead in 2025 there might be opportunities to play challenge games in club grounds.

Chairman Jason Plunkett said he was hopeful that Bective Stud, Tea Rooms and Apartments would continue as sponsors of the county football teams for 2025. The present two year deal has come to an end but after speaking with Noel Moran he was hopeful that a deal could be struck in the coming weeks.

As part of their two year deal Glenveagh will continue as senior hurling team sponsors.
