Schools: Another hurling title for Lismullen

Lismullen NS 4-10 St. Pauls Navan 3-3
Last year Lismullen NS won their first ever Allianz Meath Cumann na mBunscol hurling title and in the last game of the day on Friday they took home the Division 2 title with a convincing win over St. Pauls of Navan. PHOTOS
In a very even first half the winners led 2-2 to 1-2 at the break. The outstanding Luke Reynolds Donnelly got the scoreboard working with two early points. St Pauls hit back with a Sadhbh McDaid point and a goal from Evan Gribbin. Lismullen finished the half with two goals from Aidan Chambers and Cathal Farrell to take a three point interval lead.
The team in Black and White had the title in the bag inside 15 minutes of the second half with a string of points from Reynolds Donnelly and two goals from Farrell.
After the game Luke Reynolds Donnelly was presented with the Division 2 cup by Eamon Ferry.
