No repeat pairings if possible.

ALL IRELAND SERIES – 3 TIERS

Tier 1 - All Ireland Q/Finals, S/Finals and Final – Provincial Finalists x 4 – as is.

Tier 2 - 4 Teams from Leinster, 2 defeated Semi-Finalists and 2 defeated Q/Finalists – National Competition

Tier 3 - 5 Teams from Leinster – 3 Teams that did not “get out” of Groups plus defeated  Prelim. Q/Finalists (2 Teams) – National Competition.

In Tier’s 2 & 3 – Leinster Teams may be drawn against each other in the early stages subject to not having met in the Leinster Championship.
