Minor hurling championship results

Kildalkey had 13 points to spare over Kiltale Clann na nGael at Fr Plunkett Memorial Park

The opening round of the minor hurling championship took place last night.

Dunboyne caused a major surprise by beating championship favourites Trim. After their recent Division 1 league final defeat Na Fianna got back to winning ways while promoted Kildalkey had too much for the Kiltale Clann na nGael combination.
