The impressive duo accounted for 5-11 of the winners total.
Kilmessan led at the break 1-8 to 0-2 and scored at will in the second half and claim their first title since 2007.
After the game joint captains Chloe O’Neill and Hannah Morgan were presented with the Division 2 Camogie cup.
