An impressive team display saw Oldcastle NS take the Girls Division 2 football honours at the expense of Lismullen NS in Trim on Saturday.
Orla Hetherton tops scored for the winners with 1-7 while Isabel Delaney put the icing on the cake with a late goal.
The north Meath school led by 0-5 to 0-0 at the change of ends while Emily O’Reilly netted Lismullen’s second half goal via a free.
