COVID Level 3 Training Arrangements

The current level 3 COVID restrictions has put all at the club in a very difficult position to try balance the importance of continuing to train and the benefits associated with exercise with and our commitment to the safety of our members, their families and the wider community.

After reviewing both Government & GAA guidelines, training can return under the following conditions. Any breach will mean an immediate halt to all training sessions because the consequences to society, is bigger than the club.

- Training can resume in POD's of 15 only

- POD's must not mix

- Each POD must have different start & finishing time

- Each POD must have a Coach & COVID Officer present for the duration of the training session.

- Any person wishing to access the grounds must have completed the GAA online questionnaire & confirm that they are symptoms free. This applies to coaches, players and guardians...

- Training is NON-CONTACT. This means no games, friendly or otherwise.

- All equipment (Balls, Cones or Flags) must be sanitized before & after each training session.

Please use the hand sanitizers provided. If not available please inform training officer Paul Callan to arrange.

We will continue to monitor the situation locally & nationally and endeavour to follow GAA, HSE and Gov guidelines.
