Our Senior Ladies were beaten by a very good Royal Gaels team from Co. Meath on Saturday in the quarter final of the Leinster Intermediate Championship. Although ahead by a point at half time the Ladies would run out gallant losers on a score line of 3-09 to 0-09. The games are coming thick and fast now, and they will contest the Division 1 semi final on Wednesday evening against St. Fechins. Throw in is @ 7.15 pm in the Gers. On Tuesday evening our Junior Ladies contest the B Championship Final v Cooley. Throw in is @ 7.15 pm in the Gers. Good luck to all. 

On Saturday the Senior men are at home to the Dreadnots in the league. Throw in is at 6 pm. Our Junior side play the Brides twice this week in the league, with an away fixture on Tuesday night, throw in @ 7.30 pm and on Thursday night we meet again, this time at home with a 7.30 pm throw in.   

In the juvenile section there are a couple of important matches this week. Firstly on Monday night, the U14 girls play St. Fechins in the A Shield Final. Throw in is at 7 pm in the Gers. On Saturday the U16 girls play the Martins in the A Championship Semi Final. Throw in @ 11 am in the Gers.  

Our parish league was a great success last Tuesday night with 58 in attendance of past and present players. We hope to have another run out in the next couple of weeks.    

There is still football being played within our juvenile section and you can get all up to date information about upcoming fixtures and results on our social media platforms. We would encourage all parents and supporters to sign up to a new App called ClubZap which contains details of all club news including fixtures.

Our Lotto currently stands at €16,400; please check our social media for more details of the revised ways in which you can take part.  We thank everyone who supports our club lotto; funds raised are essential to the running of our facilities for the entire parish to enjoy. Remember that you’ve got to be in it to win it!
