Ardee St Mary’s will face Kilmacud Crokes and St Loman’s will meet Naas in the Leinster Club SFC semi-finals following their quarter-final wins.
Ardee’s reward for a 3-9 to 2-5 victory over Blessington in Aughrim is a home semi-final against the Dublin and All-Ireland champions who easily accounted for Carlow champions Éire Óg by 1-12 to 0-4 at Netwatch Cullen Park on Saturday night. Cathal Murray’s charges never looked back after Dáire McConnon’s 35th minute goal turned a two-point deficit into a one-point lead.
St Loman’s will welcome Naas to TEG Cusack Park in Sunday week’s other semi-final after All-Star nominee Ronan O’Toole’s 12th minute goal paved the way for an emphatic 1-20 to 1-10 victory over Longford champions Emmet Óg, Killoe at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park.
Naas also comfortably saw off Summerhill by 2-12 to 0-8 in Manguard Park thanks to goals in either half from Sean Hanafin and Eoghan Prizeman.
The Leinster Club SFC and SHC finals will be played as a double-header at Croke Park in early December.
