John Kiely will oversee Limerick's 'drive for five' following his reappointment as senior hurling manager.

Kiely will serve an eighth season at the helm after being handed a one-year extension at last night's county board meeting. He will once be assisted by Paul Kinnerk, Alan Cunningham, Aonghus O'Brien and Donal O'Grady, but not renowned sports psychologist Caroline Currid who has departed the set-up.

Currid was part of the Limerick backroom team for each of their last five All-Ireland wins in 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
