Carlton Blues target Charlie Keating came off the bench to help Dr Crokes to a Kerry SFL Division 1 title last weekend.

In what was his first club appearance of the season, the Munster U20 Footballer of the Year was introduced in the second half as Pat O’Shea’s side hammered Milltown/Castlemaine 5-15 to 0-4 to make it 10 wins from 10.

It was reported last week that Keating, who starred in Kerry’s run to this year’s All-Ireland U20FC final, is set to join fellow county man Rob Monahan at Carlton after undergoing a medical in Dublin. Roscommon forward Daire Cregg and Tyrone All-Ireland U20FC winner Eoin McElholm are also believed to be on the radar of AFL clubs.
