Playing Dublin in Croke Park is advantage Donegal this time round as it suits our game. We have bigger men in middle and more pace on flanks. I don't see this average Dublin outfit troubling us at all if I'm being honest. That of course is very much dependent on Donegal not being flat again!

As for Croke Park not being their home venue. A load of nonsense. Tell ya what - why don't you let Donegal warm up at the Hill 16 end and allow them have your usual dressing room. No? Thought not, Dublin practically own Croke Park and do as they like there taking every advantage they can. It won't be enough this weekend though.

Replying To peiledoir20:  "Maybe you should have a KitKat? Bud.

This is all of Dublins making. Croke Park is now clearly far too big for them. Parnell Park will always be too small.

Why didn't they build a nice 25k stadium somewhere? Problem solved.

Call it the Coddle Memorial Stadium or something."
What about naming it "Pairc Ath Cliath - Home of the Six in a Row"?

Well that would be silly because they played almost all of their six in a row championship games in their de facto home ground, croke park. Nice perk if you can get it all the same.

Replying To Saynothing:  "Dublin love Croke Park when they are going well and their fair weather supporters filling Croke Park. When things aren't going so well Croke Park is like a ghost town with only their real supporters there. Even the seats are in the Dublin colours. Nothing neutral about it."
Not that long ago that tyrone couldn't get 1500 to come out for a league game in healy park

Replying To shaggykev:  "Listening to Brendan Devanney on highland, he was describing Donegal were too good for Cork in first half and seemed to be in 3rd gear. A few wides meant we should have been a lot further ahead.

Speaking to people at the game, I was told atmosphere was very flat throughout.

Donegal fans were just sitting back in expectation and players were going through motions.

It's like a battle broke out before we knew it and suddenly we could not up the intensity.

We were like a horse cruising on the bridle with Cork struggling to stay with us and then and suddenly Cork kicked for home and our jockey found he had no horse underneath him unable to battle."
Listening to Brendan Devenney on highland....Nuffield said , no harm to him but he gets very giddy when it comes to donegal

What's the craic with tickets, everything is in the corners, are the good seats in the Cusack already sold or yet to be released? It's bad when you even have to ask this question, Ticketmaster are a disaster

That's it. Keep making the excuses. We beat you fair and square, and we were not the first team to beat you at home this year. Maybe the Kerry match was an outlier??

This is not a bad Dublin Team like people make out, they are at home, getting players like Con back is great for them. I really see this as a 50;50 match. Obviously I would love to see Donegal win at a canter, but I don't see it.
We are at the business end of the championship, 4 games to win an all Ireland. Kerry,Armagh,Galway still in it, Surprise packages Louth,Monaghan,Cork etc all playing really well. It is really their for a fresh winner in 2026.
Would anyone be sad to see Louth,Monaghan,Westmeath lift sam not at all.

Hopefully Donegal ;-)

Ticket release strategy They try to fill Cusak stand first as it looks better on TV..Upper hogan might not be open and other areas open up once Cusak full

Tickets have been on sale now for over 24 hours.

Season Ticket holders were on first and seem to have taken up most of the central blocks in both the Cusack and Hogan, by the time tickets went on general sale.

As Cusack and Hogan blocks selling out, the corners and Davin opened. Upper Cusack now on sale too.

Ah I thought season tickets would be covered with central Hogan so was hoping central Cusack lower would open up, I'll have a other look.

I was on yesterday just afternoon and there were loads of good seats in hogan and cusack available. The good seats are just sold to people who were on before you, that's not ticketmaster's fault, people just buy the good seats first.

Ok, said poster is stating you were 'a horse cruising on the bridle', 'too good in first half'. I'm merely pointing out that we won fair and square, and maybe Donegal are not as good as you think they are. That's all....

Upper cusack open now and loads of 'good' seats available there.

Season tickets holders get 304 to 307 in middle of Cusack Stand. Players families and County Board officials get the middle of the Hogan. Otherwise tickets are sold on first come basis.

If we don't win then we have serious questions to be answered.
