Ciaran Whelan, Darren Fay, Anthony Tohill, John McDermott, Dermot McCabe, Kevin Walsh, Pat Fallon, Jarlath Burns.
Used to play midfield for the county for a few years so came up against a few. Toughest were probably Tohill and McDermott, Tohill for his sheer size and unreal ability and McDermott, strong as a bull and thick as two mules, dished out the physical stuff. Thought Burns was very overrated. Would have loved to have gotten a crack at Dara O Se but never got the chance.

Derry_ledd , not with Pearses. Was with Doire Colmcille for a couple of years until injury and work put an end to my playing days. I know that there is a lad from Dublin playing for Pearses but not me I'm afraid.

Marked one of the Gallagher lads from Fermanagh in a college match when he was on the Fermanagh senior team. He scored 2-10 against me and was a fantastic player.

Also, Cairan Carey in training when i lived in Limerick, Ashley Sampi & Daniel Kerr (West Coast Eagles & Australia) in training also, believe it or not these lads played Gaelic football for the club i played for in Perth and were bloody good at it too! Anthony Tohill in training also, but you moghtent have heard of him!!!
