To win an All Ireland, generally you need to be there or thereabouts the year before and not win it. GaryMc82 (Derry) - Posts: 3026 - 15/04/2015 16:08:36 1714551 Link 0 |
I'd rate Diarmuid Connolly ahead of all them forwards mentioned besides The Gooch and Canavan who are out on there own. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 15/04/2015 16:14:38 1714554 Link 0 |

Cork getting to the semi-final would not be a jump. They are title contenders. county man (Limerick) - Posts: 1139 - 15/04/2015 19:17:19 1714635 Link 0 |
Would really love from a neutrals point of view that the likes of Roscommon and Monaghan could maby start challenging the big counties when it comes to AI quarters or even Semis. Obviously my own county Meath, I seem to be a little unsure about them at this stage PoppinPoints (Meath) - Posts: 225 - 15/04/2015 21:16:45 1714660 Link 0 |
Meath could make a semi final but only if we drew mayo in quarters after the inevitable 4th rd game, we would have a one in 3 chance of drawing them as we would not be able to draw the dubs, its a long shot and lots of football to be played before that. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 15/04/2015 21:30:31 1714667 Link 0 |
The provincials and qualifiers are all about getting to the quarter-finals first and foremost. I'd prefer to list top 4 or 8 but will respect the topic question: legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 8769 - 15/04/2015 21:45:08 1714671 Link 0 |

Ziggy think about it, lets call a spade a spade, there is little doubt we will enter rd 4, the objective this year will be to win that game at all costs , then its about who we meet in quarters, cork/Kerry will be one, Donegal / Monaghan will be two then mayo unless they fall apart, if we drew mayo id be confident royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 16/04/2015 08:05:26 1714680 Link 0 |
The top teams in no particular order are Cork Kerry Dublin Mayo and Donegal. seany16 (Dublin) - Posts: 1660 - 16/04/2015 09:21:00 1714688 Link 0 |
At this stage it would be a fair assumption to make that the provincial finalists would be as follows royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 16/04/2015 14:22:47 1714807 Link 0 |
RD hard to argue with your provincial finalists brian (Meath) - Posts: 1981 - 16/04/2015 15:27:57 1714831 Link 0 |
