Somebody needs to tell sky armagh don't automatically play Donegal as if Kildare win a draw is required hill16no1man (Dublin) - Posts: 12665 - 02/08/2014 18:35:49 1629962 Link 0 |
Armagh look like a good team.well organised , very fit and strong and their skill level is high as well.Their foot passing was excellent tonight. If they can cut out some of their wastefulness in front of goal they'll give Donegal a game. uibhfhaili1986 (Offaly) - Posts: 1296 - 02/08/2014 18:36:06 1629963 Link 0 |
Nothing boring about this Armagh team. Fantastic performance from them.. Could have won by 10+ HandballRef (Donegal) - Posts: 523 - 02/08/2014 18:36:19 1629965 Link 0 |
Dear oh dear meath, very poor, fist thing you should do is permanently drop one Graham Reilly, no football brain, Armagh are an average team and they had your number, long way back for ye. lilypad (Kildare) - Posts: 1363 - 02/08/2014 18:37:34 1629968 Link 0 |
Needs to be pointed out that Kildare can still play Donegal if they win HandballRef (Donegal) - Posts: 523 - 02/08/2014 18:39:21 1629974 Link 0 |
comfortable win for armagh....ulster may not have a 'elite' side this year with the exception of donegal but plenty of decent sides..played excellent measured football at times while meath were a bit clueless..looked the far better coached side..mcgeeney made a clear difference fabio8 (USA) - Posts: 2182 - 02/08/2014 18:41:02 1629977 Link 0 |

You can definitely see the McGeeney influence on Armagh at the minute. They have toughened up and look far fitter and more committed than they have done in a long while; they will be a tough opponent for anyone. Meath were as poor as they showed against Dublin and are a pitiful imitation of a once great football county. Ulsterman (Antrim) - Posts: 9816 - 02/08/2014 18:43:11 1629983 Link 0 |
Well done Armagh. Great victory when it really counts. Maestro (Meath) - Posts: 586 - 02/08/2014 18:46:03 1629987 Link 0 |

Wayno, Dublin are not a bad side BUT I will reserve judgement until they come up against someone half decent. Ulsterman (Antrim) - Posts: 9816 - 02/08/2014 18:46:53 1629990 Link 0 |
Here, let me cut you another slice of that delicious humble pie royaldunne, this is becoming an annual event it would seem, better watch the old waistline. Hope you enjoyed your championship football in August, all 2 days of it! brendtheredhand (Tyrone) - Posts: 10897 - 02/08/2014 18:47:18 1629991 Link 0 |
Graham Reilly kicked 3 great points harsh to say that, I thought Armagh were excellent in terrible conditions, roll on next week Donegal v Armagh should be ugly but a great battle. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 02/08/2014 18:49:00 1629994 Link 0 |
Oh Reilly can kick points alright but his passing and understanding of space it woeful and undid meath a few times lilypad (Kildare) - Posts: 1363 - 02/08/2014 18:54:08 1630002 Link 0 |
Give me a break Ulsterman were all Ireland champs I think we've shown already how good we are against top sides, we've absolutely nothing to prove to anyone this is a great Dublin team win lose or draw next weekend. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 02/08/2014 18:55:44 1630003 Link 0 |

Again very harsh Lilypad every single player made more than one mistake out there in them conditions not all of them kicked 3 savage points like Reilly. So many Meath players were terrible Reilly wasn't one of them. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 02/08/2014 19:01:57 1630010 Link 0 |
Look forward to it Maestro. I'll be well satisfied with an Ulster and AI semi final appearance. Cleatus (Donegal) - Posts: 125 - 02/08/2014 19:15:31 1630016 Link 0 |
Lads armagh don't play Donegal yet. He are as bad as sky sports if Kildare win a draw has to take place to decide who plays who hill16no1man (Dublin) - Posts: 12665 - 02/08/2014 19:17:31 1630019 Link 0 |
