I agree, if they are going to do it, then they need to be spot on with it. Fionn (Dublin) - Posts: 4246 - 24/07/2014 16:22:51 1625445 Link 0 |
Yep agree with above comments. The last game Gaelic Games Football 2 was developed by an Australian Company IR Gurus( which i beleive has since gone out of business. They seemed to have a limited knowledge of GAA and their graphics engine was comparable to a PS1 at best. The correct players name would be nice but i Think improving the game play so that the user has to bounce and solo , also the commentary needs to be from someone like Ger Canning and Martin Carney. Overall hopefully that an Irish man is doing it this time it should be good and could certainly be a success in the USA, Australia,New Zealand and Canada aswell As UK and Ireland Scartaglin3 (Kerry) - Posts: 13 - 24/07/2014 16:50:50 1625459 Link 0 |
One of the best ones was playing a club game in Clones and it being filled to the brim, MonaghanGlory (Monaghan) - Posts: 738 - 24/07/2014 19:02:31 1625537 Link 0 |
I reckon if it ends up being decent quality gameplay, they could be on to a serious banker! The first one mightn't make them millions but it could defiantly start up a yearly franchise with the addition of a hurling game. The talent is defiantly in this country to produce this game. Given the fact it will be made by an Irish company is a huge advantage, compared to the fact it was an Australian company who made the last games. dicey12 (Dublin) - Posts: 13 - 25/07/2014 11:13:34 1625723 Link 0 |
Anybody notice they used the same audio for hurling and football. Clash of the ash sounded like boot kicking a football. . Drove me nuts. Also the first round of the league between I dunno. . Roscommon and Wexford played in front.of a packed croker Doylerwex (Wexford) - Posts: 3590 - 25/07/2014 11:34:43 1625738 Link 0 |
