The O Se's of Ventry Kerry (including Paudi) have 23 or 24 senior All Ireland football medals between them and I think 8 county medals.
The 3 Spillanes have as far as I can make out 17 All Ireland senior football medals and 2 county medals. These families are out in front.

The Rackard brothers are the ones that immediately spring to mind for me.

The Bonnar family were also well represented on the Tipp team in the late 80's/early 90's (Colm, Cormac, Conal, Ailbe).

Honorable mentions should go to Camogie's Downey sisters, and maybe the O'Hailpins, although besides Sean Og, its a case of what might have been.

The Dolans in Westmeath/Roscommon would be one.. Dessie Snr and his sons Gary and Dessie played for Westmeath, Dessie Jnr's first cousin James plays for Westmeath and James' sister sarah plays for westmeath ladies. Then Frankie Dolan is another first cousin, who played for Roscommon, then you have Garvin and Darren who also play for St. Brigids

Seán Kelly was a top cyclist. Stephen Roche won some top honours with, almost certainly, some pharmaceutical help.

The Cooneys of Galway certainly deserve a mention. Must have been 6 or 7 brothers on the great Sarfields team of the late 80s & early 90s. The All-Ireland semi final 1989? featured 5 Cooney brothers and 7 Fennellys brothers. Cant see that ever being beaten!

You could dedicate a thread like this solely to Kerry, as they have given us so many legendary GAA families down the years. The Sheehys, Landers, Caseys, Brosnans, Murphys Lynes, O'Se's and Spillanes all jump to mind.

Probably no-one has had more all-ireland winners in their immediate family than Maura Spillane (née Lyne). Her brothers Jackie, Dinny and Mikey all won all-irelands, while her sons (Pat, Mick & Tom) added a further 17 between them.
