What county grounds do ye think ar the best and the worst in the country? For me the Best would have to be Tullamore and the worst Newbridge. Meathman248 (Meath) - Posts: 14 - 08/08/2013 12:35:48 1456374 Link 0 |

I still absolutely love a packed Nowlan Park on a sunny evening. The atmosphere for Wexford v Waterford in 2002 was incredible. Pinkie (Wexford) - Posts: 4100 - 08/08/2013 13:19:31 1456452 Link 0 |

tullamore needs work still, behind the goal where you come in is awful just left as flat grass, loads of room there to put a terrace in like the other end and finish the ground off,it would also bump the capacity up to the 20 thousand mark making it a really good venue. hill16no1man (Dublin) - Posts: 12665 - 08/08/2013 14:21:52 1456542 Link 0 |

Páirc Seán in Carrick, naturally! (Or Páirc Sheáin Mhic Diarmada to give it its proper title.) That said, I figure there's not a whole lot wrong with Hyde Park or Salthill either. And I seem to remember once or twice being at a ground on Jones' Road in Dublin. Can't remember what it was called, but there was a hotel nearby. I think the name of it was in the news cos of teachers... That's it, it was Haddington Road! Tacaí Liatroma (Leitrim) - Posts: 1273 - 08/08/2013 14:24:57 1456548 Link 0 |

St Conleths is terrible. I hope they buy all that stuff Antrim were selling from the old Casement. doublehop (Kildare) - Posts: 4172 - 08/08/2013 14:45:31 1456577 Link 0 |

Hyde Park in Roscommon is the worst when the wind is blowing as it's on a hill and the wind roars down the length of the pitch. Farney (Monaghan) - Posts: 825 - 08/08/2013 15:32:44 1456671 Link 0 |

Newbridge conleths park is a disgrace, an absolute kip. Dressing rooms are tiny and the pitch has to be one of the worst in Kildare. A big upward slant in the corner where the dressing rooms are Bon (Kildare) - Posts: 2650 - 08/08/2013 15:38:56 1456687 Link 0 |
