Does Newbridge have Floodlights if the match goes to Extra Time? tyroneed (Tyrone) - Posts: 753 - 17/07/2013 19:40:22 1434903 Link 0 |
If Tyrone had have come out first and Mickie was asked to move to Clones, he would have went to accomadate the crowd. theres no question about that. border Gael (Monaghan) - Posts: 911 - 17/07/2013 19:48:59 1434908 Link 0 |

Honestly it and aughrim are the worst grounds in Ireland, followed closely by our own, bur we have floodlights. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 17/07/2013 20:36:36 1434941 Link 0 |
I know Royaldunne Navan and Newbridge is as bad as each other that said Newbridge last saturday was brilliant and I cant wait for that again this saturday but sure the Gaa are trying to build another stadium in the outskirts of Dublin!! and trying to justify it by saying Kildare ,louth, Meath, wicklow can play 'home' games at it! you'd wonder sometimes. lilywhitemagic (Kildare) - Posts: 1693 - 17/07/2013 20:41:55 1434947 Link 0 |
Yeah it'd make you wonder. Stupid. Do up both newbridge and navan. Instead of another white elephant. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 17/07/2013 20:50:17 1434950 Link 0 |
Agree RD & Lily, What a coincidence that H&S lower the capacity of these grounds, feck all money put in to them, suited GAA plan for a midland ground but what will happen now in present climate.....probably nothing but who suffers, the genuine fans! commander (Kildare) - Posts: 225 - 17/07/2013 21:53:05 1434996 Link 0 |

while Tyrone know every trick in the book to grind out a win,and It will take kildare a massive massive effort and performance and lilly fans shouting so loud they can be heard all over the plains of the curragh! the hell with Kildare can do it lilywhitemagic (Kildare) - Posts: 1693 - 18/07/2013 19:45:16 1435559 Link 0 |
Have a feeling that Kildare will win. joncarter (Galway) - Posts: 2692 - 18/07/2013 19:56:13 1435568 Link 0 |
Actually fancy Kildare in a very tight match. bluedubstar (Dublin) - Posts: 835 - 18/07/2013 20:03:53 1435572 Link 0 |
It really depends on what forwards kildare start with. Kildare need to attack from word go and then yes they will win. But mcgeeney hasn't proved to be the best tactician and therfore id expect harte to win on the sideline and Tyrone to scrape it on the field. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 18/07/2013 20:16:35 1435587 Link 0 |
What forwards do you think we should go with RD? doublehop (Kildare) - Posts: 4172 - 18/07/2013 20:36:33 1435616 Link 0 |
Not convinced TOC will be best suited to taking on Tyrone but he will start after his display last week. Think he will go with: beir_bua (Kildare) - Posts: 746 - 18/07/2013 20:59:50 1435635 Link 0 |
Goals win games and we haven't exactly been tearing the back of the net so far this year, it will be an attritional game but I would like to think we will come out the other side,Tyrone by 2. brendtheredhand (Tyrone) - Posts: 10897 - 18/07/2013 21:08:06 1435640 Link 0 |
Forgot P Brophy. Would start him ahead of Flynn. beir_bua (Kildare) - Posts: 746 - 18/07/2013 21:09:25 1435642 Link 0 |
Id start toc and Jonson anyhow. The young lad that scored the goal v dubs name escapes me. Yous have to hit ground running. Put Tyrone on back foot from word go. Make them open up at back and make them come forward. Only hope dh, only hope. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 18/07/2013 21:12:28 1435645 Link 0 |
