Any ideas on this lads? Leinster has probably the best pick of forwards in the country to be fair.

Murphy, McFadden & McBrearty all had a good laugh when I told them about this gem!!! I'm sure Colm O'Neill & the Gooch would have enjoyed it too.

Well Mcbearty is a Leinster man so we could fit him in somewhere I'm sure.

That's a good laugh. is that why Ulster is the lowest scoring provincial championship?

Pick that one out!!

Imagine if he played for the county of his birth we'd be unstoppable.

If lads had to play for the county of their birth then Kildare wouldn't have a team!!

He grew up in Dublin His mother side are Dubs his uncle played for Dublin he's back living in Dublin with his granny. A little bit different from a Kildare family having there child born in the Combe and then going back home to Kildare the next day to grow up there.

If our championship is the lowest scoring it's probably because we have defences who have some idea of what they are doing!!

And Muckross scores on the rebound!!!!

Not alone does he have all those Dublin credentials but a Dub player had half his shoulder home with him wrapped up in a handkerchief after the league game. A class of a doggy bag you might say!!!

For me its
John Doyle
Bernard Brogan
Ciaran Lyng
Ben Brosnan
Graham Reilly
Paul Flynn

Honurable mentions to Shane Lennon, Redmond Barry, James Stafford.

I've probably left some out here so work away.

Strange thread this, Dublin certainly have a host of great forwards,
but as for the rest... Meath have one good one and Kildare have one
good one.
There are few to rival the dubs for fore power certainly, so maybe you
should have called the thread 'Dublins top 6 forwards'.

Nothing to do with technology Clondalkin. It's Mrs Muckrosshead's rules. "You spend more time with your virtual friends than you do with me" You know the speech. So I have promised not to even look at a screen for the next couple of days. The things we do!!!!!!!

10. Flynn
11. A. Brogan
12. Reilly
13. Doyle
14. Lyng
15. B. Brogan

Brosnan, McNamee, Glennon, Barden, Connolly, Lennon and others deserve a mention.

'Apart from the Gooch and MMurphy it's hard to pick forwards from anyother county who come close to the ones in Leinster'.

I have to laugh at this though, to say Leinster have the best forwards is fair enough, but to say the other provinces don't come close is a bit much. The O'Sullivans, Galvin, Colm O'Neill, Kerrigan, Ian Ryan, Andy Moran, Cillian O Connor, Meehan, Mulligan, Shine, McFadden, Stephen O'Neill, McManus, Coulter and The Bradleys are all quality off the top of my head.

No Daytona, you are more than capable of course,
but a yellabelly defender has to be from Donegal! ;)

Anyone who has Ben Brosnan in the top 6 forwards in Leinster obviously has never seen him play in a live game.
