Checked that. He didn't. I might be thinking of him getting a nomination or perhaps it was playing for Leinster. He did win a Cu Chulainn award in late 60s which was precursor to the All Stars.

You can put Tommy Carew from Kildare in any forward position. Pat Dunney and Pat Mangan midfield or forward. Emmet Bolton.

....and just to get ahead of the posse will you throw in 'Biggy' as well ..midfield or forward
__________

hahaha !!

I'm nearly certain Brian Stynes got an all star in '95

Maroonatic, its laughable that you can have Ray Slike on that list. What about Niall Finnegan? Do you remember the brilliance of the man? Underrated and one of the most deserving winners of an All Star from that Galway team in 1998.

So he did, alongside Anthony Tohill

ahsure - I agree...Ray Silke was a man in the right place at the right time. Did sean o domhnaill win an all star? I assume not - was a useful player too.

ahsure, Finnegans hairstyle alone deserved an all-star but baldies need some solace.
btw big Sean Fada didn't get an award either nor Paul Clancy.

Gerry Farrell Louth goalkeeper of the 70/80s was as good and better than any all star of his era.
