Peter Canavan. He just has to be included. Matt Conner and Maurice FitzGerald would make up the rest of my full forward line

My full forward line would be Peter Canavan, Matt Connor (I originally had him at CHF) and Colm Cooper. Mike Sheehy incredibly unlucky to lose out here!

Matt Connor will get 14 and Canavan will get 15 so I vote Colm Cooper for 13.

Jesus lads it's position 13. Today not 14. And 15. Aswell , why are lads trying to pick the team for the rest of us? Pick your own team and let the rest of us decide for ourselves.

Would you Rate Peter Canaven ahead of Maurice Fitz?

It's a toughie Horse. Both brilliant players but I always thought Fitz was more suited to the half-forward line. Canavan was more or less an out-and-out finisher.

Pat Spillane gets the number 12 shirt, probably the most convincing winner to date. Love him or hate him Pat as a footballer had few equals.

His speed, strength, ability to move from his own 14 to within yards of the other goals in seconds, not to mention his knack of point scoring and from all distances, caused all sorts of trouble down the right flank of Kerry opposition over 17 years.

Pat endured some horrific injuries but such was his durability that he was still playing for the Kingdom in the All Ireland semi final of 1991. Remember he had first come to the attention of the nation against Dublin in the 75 decider.

Talking about Matt Connor, some people are voting him into various forward positions but I feel the Walsh Island man played most of his best football at left full forward.
