Considering Meath have the most amount of posters on this site I think its easy to predict who might get this spot!

Paul Curran. He's too good a player not to be included. Martin O'Connell was also a class act but for I'm going for Paul Curran

It's hard to argue against O'Connell getting the number 7. A man with 6 Leinster titles, 3 All-Ireland's and 4 All-Stars to his name.

Martin O'Connell gets my vote too.

The best player will get the spot.

You had no problem when Meath posters were voting for Cluxton in goals, so why the problem now?
Anyway, as admin pointed out before, Meath may have a few more registered users, but Dublin have more posters who visit the main page.

No contest. Martin O'Connell. Team of millennium no 7. 3 all Ireland, 6 leinsters 4 all stars. Never sent off, hardly ever booked (if ever)
honorable mention to Paul curran, would have won this if not for perhaps the greatest no 7 of all time.
Martin O'Connell.

Great to see ye all getting stuck in already and voting for the left half back spot. Keep those votes coming.

The centre half back position went to Kerrys Seamus Moynihan, a class player and a pure footballer down to the back bone. Well done Seamus.

Also a big well done to the late Cavan great John Joe O Reilly who finished second in the poll.

Not many here saw the Gallant John Joe in action but the older folk let the coming generations know, by pen and by mouth, just how great a footballer the Cornafean star was.

Glad to see such advice stuck.

Ah, come on. Vote for him on the basis of his footballing ability, as that was undoubted, but don't pretend that he played the game fairly. What he did in the 1996 semi-final was pretty despicable.
