In my lifetime it would be Paddy Keenan, but any of the 1957 team could be seen as the greatest.

From what I ahev seen in the flesh Niall McNamee or Vinny Claffey.Matt Connor is our greatest ever footballer but I wasnt around when he was playing.

Brian Whelehan is the best I have seen hurl for Offaly and he is widely considered to be our greatest hurler aswell.

In my lifetime best Galway player Padraig Joyce. Most exciting footballer countrywide bar none Michael Donnellan. For Galway hurling has to be Gerry 'white boots' McInerney.

My favorite was Stefan White but Paddy Keenan has to be the greatest. Great man on and off the pitch. This legend deserves a Leinster medal.

Has to be Karl Lacey with Michael Murphy and Martin McHugh just trailing Karl. Even when we were at our lowest ebb, Lacey was still class, like the year he came back from travelling Oz just before the championship and still was one of our best performers. I don't have to explain last years performances!

Impossible to pick just one, there have been so many greats down the years, Peter mcdermott. Jack Quinn, Brian Stafford, Gerry mcentee, Colm orouke, Trevor Giles,, Darren fay, john mcdermott, Graham geraghty, Graham Reilly.
How could I be expected to pick just one, but ill try. Martin O'Connell. Has there ever been one better?? Nah
