This is the opener to the championship next week. I'm predicting a Leitrim win but by how much is the question for me. Jack_Goff (Meath) - Posts: 2920 - 29/04/2013 18:27:10 1375854 Link 0 |

Someday soon New York or London, or indeed both, will cause a shock in the championship. Although with emigration and that it probably won't be looked back on as much of a shock after it happens, and people will be cursing the fact they didn't lump on when there was odds of 8/1 or higher on offer. if_in_doubt (Kildare) - Posts: 3691 - 29/04/2013 18:15:55 1375920 Link 0 |

Is Conor Lynam playing for New York does anyone know? Jeffrey Farrell is another very useful player if he is playing with them. Matthew (None) - Posts: 1081 - 29/04/2013 18:58:12 1375976 Link 0 |

Leitrim to cover the handicap. 51longago (Mayo) - Posts: 2981 - 29/04/2013 20:34:54 1376060 Link 0 |
I don't think Leitrim will be caught out. I would think a 5-6 point win. Enjoy the weekend to anyone heading over. Tis a great few days and the NYC GA A community are very welcoming. I think its our turn next year to travel over for the Connacht Championship. yew_tree (Mayo) - Posts: 11633 - 30/04/2013 09:12:23 1376169 Link 0 |
New York plus ten looks the bet especially if its a warm or even hot day........the worse the weather the more Leitrim will win by. kikfada (Louth) - Posts: 2091 - 30/04/2013 09:54:31 1376190 Link 0 |
New York ten points in the handicap looks like good value. Byanthon (Tyrone) - Posts: 1792 - 30/04/2013 19:25:10 1376706 Link 0 |
the bet of the year was Toulon +1.5 at the weekend if you're a fan of the oval ball - that was nailed on! cavanman47 (Cavan) - Posts: 5263 - 30/04/2013 20:04:31 1376738 Link 0 |
Can somebody post what number of points New York lost by in their last 5 championship matches and who they were playing in each? Jack_Goff (Meath) - Posts: 2920 - 01/05/2013 17:55:05 1377245 Link 0 |
Leitrim to win by 14 points, would be my bet for this one. PP been very limited on their handicap spread though with only one option, theres usually a lot more. 51longago (Mayo) - Posts: 2981 - 01/05/2013 18:01:37 1377248 Link 0 |
