Great game today for O'Neill. His last two points were magic. That dummy on Kelly will be a youtube hit but his last point from outside the boot was pure class. In my opinion i think when he's on form he is the best forward in the game. KingOfJacks (Kildare) - Posts: 361 - 14/04/2013 15:48:01 1367372 Link 0 |
Always has been the best forward on his day. Even on a poor day he will still contribute a lot. His points today were pure class. Tyrone will miss him badly when he goes. DLlegends (Donegal) - Posts: 503 - 14/04/2013 17:27:54 1367460 Link 0 |

On top form he's worth the admission fee alone and no defender can live with him. An absolutely sublime footballer who plays the game the way it should; he has that deft touch, drop of the shoulder and low centre of gravity that only great players have like Colm Cooper and Peter Canavan. He STILL is the classiest forward in the game with maybe only Bernard Brogan pushing him for effectiveness to a team. Ulsterman (Antrim) - Posts: 9838 - 14/04/2013 19:21:51 1367544 Link 0 |

I actaully thought he had quite a poor game for most of it by his standards. But he just has that bit of magic that seperates him from the rest and he showed that in the last few mins of yesterdays game. What a player! ConnollyDub (Dublin) - Posts: 2007 - 15/04/2013 11:48:41 1367837 Link 0 |

Don't think I've ever been up on my feet cheering and opposition player scoring before, but those two points at the end were incredible. if_in_doubt (Kildare) - Posts: 3692 - 15/04/2013 12:01:12 1367854 Link 0 |
I was listening to Martin McHugh's co-commentary of the game. His suggestion that there are no players under 30 of the class and calibre of O'Neill is food for thought. Maroonatic (Galway) - Posts: 1072 - 15/04/2013 13:03:21 1367922 Link 0 |
