On his day I'd agree he is the best midfielder in the Country, he tends to be a little inconsistent but to be fair to him this season he has been fairly dominant in every game, he cut out some of the stupid shots today as well. His brother isn't too bad either I suppose... CaisleanCnucha (Dublin) - Posts: 1379 - 04/08/2013 17:36:59 1452474 Link 0 |
To think Moran is sitting on the Mayo bench as well, another fantastic midfielder. Huge depth in the Mayo midfield. CaisleanCnucha (Dublin) - Posts: 1379 - 04/08/2013 17:43:10 1452483 Link 0 |
Aidan o shea and Sean cavanagh. There is no debate. Sergeant_Slash (Cavan) - Posts: 2182 - 04/08/2013 18:05:05 1452513 Link 0 |
Easy pick for this years All-Stars midfield. Cavanagh and O'Shea. Byanthon (Tyrone) - Posts: 1792 - 04/08/2013 18:13:45 1452522 Link 0 |
Sean Cavanagh and Aidan O'Shea at the minute, possibly MDMA by the end of September Topa_the_left (Antrim) - Posts: 250 - 04/08/2013 18:26:13 1452539 Link 0 |
Anthony Maher of Kerry and Aidan O Shea of Mayo. I would have gone for Aidan Walsh but he got destroyed by Maher in Munster final. naharcs (Limerick) - Posts: 59 - 04/08/2013 19:16:22 1452619 Link 0 |
Definitely Cavanagh and O'Shea no debate Jack Daniels (Westmeath) - Posts: 152 - 04/08/2013 19:34:36 1452649 Link 0 |
To say Cavanagh and O'Shea are guaranteed all stars is wrong, If MDMC or Maher (is his injury serious?) were to put in 2 big performances from here on in I think they would be well in contention for all stars. McAuely was brilliant yesterday and Maher was outstanding throughtout Munster, especially against Cork. Currently it looks like they will win them though. Sean Cavanagh and Aidan O'Shea are by far the best at the moment. football first (None) - Posts: 1259 - 04/08/2013 21:10:10 1452744 Link 0 |
take.yer.points, your previous comments about Aiden O'Shea do not seem to make much sense. Totally outplayed Kavanagh today, O'Shea has to be the most improved footballer in Ireland at the moment. moonshine (UK) - Posts: 297 - 04/08/2013 21:49:24 1452795 Link 0 |
O'Shea over Cavanagh, are you wise? geoff (Tyrone) - Posts: 377 - 05/08/2013 08:13:22 1452823 Link 0 |
Oshea is probably a more complete midfielder than cavanagh. But cavanagh is the better footballer. Himself and the gooch are the two outstanding players of their generation. cavanman47 (Cavan) - Posts: 5264 - 05/08/2013 09:38:29 1452846 Link 0 |
