If he has no case to answer for, or the accusations are found wanting in evidence, then Donegal should be seriously fined and brought to a state court where the character of a young amateur player can re-conciliated.

In all fairness Seany I think we are way beyond this point now. The CCCC recommendation means that there is a case to answer.

As to bringing Donegal to a state court, I think a wee lie down in a dark room is in order here. All Donegal did was bring the incident to the notice of the referee. It was the GAA authorities who then instigated the investigation not Donegal.

You dint even have to look in the media for Dublin bias look on here people like jimbo, Snuf etc can say what they want about what ever they want and anyone who disagrees is wrong

I for one am very much looking forward to drawing a line under this whole thing whatever action is taken. Feel like this has been going on forever.

And still the silence is deafening from the Dublin County Board/camp. This is not a Court of Law... but an amateur sport. Do the decent thing even at this late stage and own up for Gods sake. On the plus side the thought of a real spicy encounter in croker against the Dubs later in the summer is all I can think about now... We owe the dubs one!

Why do people choose to constantly ignore the fact that I said, if this is proven after due process then a lengthy ban should be doled up!......what part of that do lads choose to ignore??!!
What part of that is 'Dublin bias' that I am accused of?!.....I think some people dont know the actual meaning of the word!!

Note:
Kerry folk defend Galvins actions!
Tyrone folk defend the spitting!........now thats bias!
You never heard a one of them lads looking for a ban for their player!.....only Dubs are honest enough to do that!
Dont ever forget it!

In what way? Seriously... you have to look at the posters having a go... A Tyrone man based on a recent thread where it was correctly pointed out about the long history of nasty incidents surrounding Tyrone/Kerry, a thread which was then backed up by a Kerry player at the very centre of said nastiness... and flipping Moomoo!!

In moomoo's case it's quite obvious that he's a troubled soul. I've stood up against his pathetic one man anti-Dublin everything show from time to time. Anyone on this site knows all about moomoo's overwhelming biased opinion towards Dublin and Dublin posters and really such comments from him really shouldn't be taken very seriously.

You have to laugh… lads looking to score cheap points is all it is... save your "outrage" lads :)

Your true intentions are blatantly obvious… only interested in your own personal gripes/agendas.

Just to note.

I've condemned from high on heaven... but people see what they want to see, and ignore previous posts because it doesn't fit in with their own personal agenda's.

My posts are as clear as day. I won't repeat myself.

He has appealed this decision and until that time, the decent thing is not to want his head removed and put on a spike.

People call for decency yet have condemned a man before due course... welcome to Hogan Stand folks

It's not up to me to punish him and it's not up to you... your opinion like mine are worthless.

It's up to the CCCC and that looks like a 3 game ban as it stands.

I still 100% stand by my previous remarks at the very start of this thread, which I was praised for by the way... in fact by a Tyrone poster :)

If he fails in his bid to appeal this decision, then I honestly think he should not get his place back for a very long time, and in fact if someone else comes in and plays out of his skin, it would be his own pathetic fault if he's overlooked for good. Just look at the amount of lads that want his place.

After the appeal and If proven guilty... then I 100% stand by my previous remarks but until that time it would be wrong for me to condemn him outright.

That's just my own worthless opinion…

I might as well add to the many other ones on this thread.

wow that didnt take long I stated yesterday the gaa were setting a dangerous precedent by what they did in suspending a player based on one players word and that you would have club players up and down the country using this.
already this morning a kerry club player claims to be racialy abused

mcbrearty was bitten everybody knows he was,if he gets off on a technicality no problem the county board or management will have to suspend him if they dont they are as bad as him. i know a number of dublin players who told me they knew he done it straight after the game.
