Any one know where you can get old programmes or other old memorabilia? Is there any good secondhand bookshops out there with old programmes on sale their or any good antique shops? Culann (Dublin) - Posts: 2306 - 15/03/2013 21:03:05 1350228 Link 0 |

Thanks for your help lads. Its for a bar wayno. Downstairs I have all GAA memorabillia (and a few things from other sports) but I am making a card room upstairs with a library theme. I have loads of Irish language books and books you would put under 'Irish interest' as well as match programmes etc... There's lots of Irish history on show - sporting and otherwise. I'd just be interested in collecting more. Culann (Dublin) - Posts: 2306 - 19/03/2013 14:19:19 1352007 Link 0 |
Hi < I buy and sell programmes, I collect Kerry ones but on occasion I had to buy say 3 together to get the one I wanted then sold the remaining, I usually do my business on e-bay, but car booth sales or markets and the odd second hand book shops but my main source is e-bay. I kept alot of them, I have all 4 from 91 dub v meath, also the 88,87,91,96,99,01 finals i wouldn't sell them but you could copy them if you like, more recently the 10 leinster final, very recent but with all that happened might be very valuable in thirty years time royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 20/03/2013 10:12:56 1352450 Link 0 |
