Eoin McDevitt was the only one who is a loss, apart from him, the rest of them wont be missed,and if Eoin did right he'd go on a solo run elsewhere without all the baggage of the rest of them.

Totally disagree with you. Eoin is not the only loss and eoin if he did get his own show a solo show it wouldnt get near enough listeners.
One of the best things OTB had was that it was 3 hours of sports chat that no other show was doing on any station. A solo show by one of the presenters would not be anywhere near as good.
