do you read norwegian papers though hill?..have you actually read one or is it a guess?

why have you experience with norwegian papers hill or is that just a guess?..youv shown in the past that you have a struggle with facts.....what do you make yourself hill of lads following the nfl and nba over their irish counterparts?..and padraig harington plays in competitions which are practically all abroad similar to our soccer players so i dont know why you are naming him...our culture is fine certain newspapers have always behaved that way...most countries which have poor quality soccer leagues such as ours look to other nations to both play and support

its knowledge my friend i have met people and know people from poland norway other countrys on my time on this earth and i have travelled to european countrys myself.no i shown facts you just couldnt take them.what do i make of nfl or nba i dont actualy know what either of them are to start with haha but i presume going by your interests they are british or american you seem to be heavily influenced by them for a man who talks about globalization alot it seems there the only two countries that globalize you and many others from here.padraig harrington plays abroad under the irish golf umberella where as soccer players playing in british leagues are not playing under the irish umberella thats why i mentioned him in response to his name being already mentioned read back pal.
do you ever think thats the reason our country has a poor quality soccer league?

but we buy irish newspapers to get irish news if we wanted british news we would buy a british newspaper if you cannot see that this is leading to irish culture dying out your very naive

Well if people know they're going to be full of British news instead of the Irish news the reader is looking for then surely the reader should have copped on by now and stopped buying them? Then again the majority of these papers are only Irish in that they have "The Irish" printed before their name on top of the front page, they're basically all sister papers to their British counterparts are they not?

As long as the papers are selling they aren't going to change the style of content are they?

Maybe GAA players who happen to follow the Premiership should give up their grants too eh..

whats the alternative to an irish newspaper to read about irish news smart alec?
if it was trying to insult me your wrong i dont buy them i read them online for free the only newspaper i would actualy buy is the evening herald as it actualy provides me of news and sport in my area.yes and thats my point our national newspapers dont exist we have a british run media which leads to the heavily influenced people here into following british sports and culture you actualy made my point for me without realising you were doing it haha priceless.
of course there going to sell there no alternative is there thats like saying clothes are selling whats the alternative to clothes haha

whats undiformed i read they aftenposten i think was when i was in oslo. how am i playing dumb i dont follow basketball in ireland so i wouldnt know it else where in the world and i would imagine the american football league would be the biggest american football league in the world haha its a case of what it says on the tin its american football i have no interest in it i dont know what you want me to say you just kepp getting more and more american britishised in comparison to your globalised claims.no you just cant see them two rule the worlds media thus leadin you to think it must be the thing to do becuase they print about it.
the reason our league is poor is obvious money if irish people keeping giving away to pubs or english jerseys makers or english clubs they are not giving it to the irish equivalents thus leading to no money in the irish league meaning it cannot keep its players as money is what soccer is all about thus leading to it being poor standard.hahahaha oh so we are a small antion now means we are going to be bad at everything again the inferiority complex grows.croatia are 10th in the world rankings ireland are 36th so whats your population point on that.urugay have a smaller population then us but are only one place behind croatia so does the popualtion really matter?

i do but the city final dont come out till about 4pm so while im traveling to work it something to do i shouldnt have to as an irish person have not one irish national newspaper to read now should i you make it out as im the one in the wrong for wanting irish news and sport when i buy an irish newspaper.

in relation to having a very good league yes population matters a great deal..uruaguay and croatia have produced some exceptional players over the years but neither of them have great leagues....you missed my point of course and went on one of your usual rants..reason i brought the basketball and american football up is just questioning would you have an issue with those who follow them over their irish counterparts...globalisation lad...bundesliga is probably my favourite league to watch in the world..nothing to do with britain and america..i also prefer southern hemisphere rugby to northern hemisphere rugby again nothing to do with britain and america..please make informed posts..well done you named a newspaper.....why are you talking about world rankings?...i brought up the leagues?

i brought them up to show that the they have same popualtion yet far better national teams then us which also proves that leagues are only money based and people will only follow the money to play in them which shows soccer up for what it is a money game.i have no interest in either basketball or american football so i wouldnt have much of a view or knowledge on either.more informed posts oh because you reply saying that means i ahev to believe you whats to say you just didnt just sprout them leagues out in response to my claims of you been american and britishised.

well hill if your just going to accuse me of being american and britain as it suits the stereotype your trying to portray what is the point debating with you?..i am a massive fan of the bundesliga bayern and dortmund are great teams to watch..yes good leagues depend a great deal on money...all professional leagues at the highest level do for example the top 14 in france in rugby or the nba in basketball...success in most pro sports these days depend a lot on money you would swear the irish rugby teams are poor!...what has them having far better national teams got to do with anything?..i was talking about the leagues and how population is a factor in the strength of a league as it is a support base....sorry for not living up to your stereotype
