Name the only player to play in all the games of kerry's last 4 in a row '79-'81

At there is more than one: do you mean every single game every single minute?

I know 5 of them: Paidi, Oige, Pat Spillane, Ger Power and Mikey Sheehy have the full 8 medels, But Paidi was sent off against Dublin in 79, Oige was a sub in the semi final in 1980 against Offaly, Pat was out for the 81 final, and Ger Power came off injured at HT in 1980. Mikey missed the 85 but was ever present before that . I'd Guess Mikey.

As Horse said, a few played in every game but only one played every minute. It was either Sheehy or Egan.

Niall Quinn did not win minor medal with Dublin. Beaten in final.

1292926 Name the father and son who played under the same manager, need the positions they played and the manager?

Did Shane O'Rourke also play under Sean for Leinster in the Railway cup a few years ago and obviously Colm for Meath.

Playing every minute in every championship game for Kerry from 1978-81 has nothing at all to do with having 8 AI medals; a completely different issue! I've it narrowed down to 2 men. It can only be Mickey Sheehy or Jack O'Shea! Distant memory seems to have it somewhere that Sheehy missed a semi-final
thru' injury, so I'm plumping for Jacko as thee only man!

Name the only player to play in all the games of kerry's last 4 in a row '78-'81! That was the original question!

Some poster has already stated it is Mickey Sheehy and that may well be. But I'd like to know if anyone can tell me, which game (part of game) did Jacko O'Shea miss during the 1978-81 four-in-a-row?

I know all the games/game time that every other player on those great teams missed except Sheehy (prob none, as answered by another poster) and Jacko!

Jacko started in each Munster Final, 78-81! Dunno if he was subbed in any of them but wouldn't think so!

Ghost I have it now. Several players played/appeared in every game during those 4 years and they were: Charlie Nelligan, John O' Keeffe, Páidí Ó Sé, Jack O' Shea, Mike Sheehy and Pat Spillane. Of those 6 players, only Sheehy and Nelligan played every minute. And Sheehy was the only man to play every minute from 75-86.

How about the player with a provincial medal and a European Championship medal, (not Alonso before anybody guesses that).

Would that be Martin O'Neill?

Don't think he won a provincial medal, he won the European Cup with Forest alright but in relation to this one I'm looking for a guy with a provincial medal at senior level and a European Championship medal (international not club).

I heard a Clareman I hang around with once say that Sheamus Durack ( former Clare hurling goalie) won three allstars but never played in Croke Park. Anyone know for sure as this lad can tell them at times.

Jesus now that is a good answer, not the one I was after but I suppose you've just come up with another question altogether yourself.

Think Mick had retired by the time Munster won their first Heineken Cup, he would have won provincial / All Irelands and the earliest incarnation of the Celtic League in rugby alright but don't think he won anything at European level.

I'll clear things up a bit and say the sports in question here are Gaelic football and football / soccer.
