Cork in 1941 won the All-Ireland senior hurling title. Munster Final not played until November because of Foot and Mouth outbreak. Tipp beat them in Munster Final.

Also Mayo in 1925. The Connacht championship had not been completed before the all-Ireland semis so Mayo were nominated to represent Connacht. They beat Wexford while the other semi-finalists (Kerry and Cavan) were thrown out due to objections and counter-objections. Galway subsequently beat Mayo in the delayed Connacht final and were declared all-Ireland champions!

I think you misunderstood the question stmunnsriver. the question was: what team got to a semi-final but NEVER won a provincial title. Fermanagh are the only team to do this. In fact I think they are one of only 2 counties never to have won a provincial title.
