Suncroft declared their minors would also win the all Ireland.. Kildare fans are so out of touch that its beyond funny! Will McGeeney be given a 6th year to continue this exciting journey....Does anyone rate him as a manager?

Has Grimley not already been appointed Armagh manager?

Game is up for McGeeney now. You have to admire Kildare's consistency in getting through to the business end each year but as this game has conclusively proved once they get there they aren't good enough. They have had hard luck stories but in reality they haven't closed the deal in any game against a semi-serious / serious side and thats the reality of it.

Thought they'd be more competitive today but in reality if Cork wanted to they could have rattled in another few goals.

Will Glenn Ryan be the next man for the job?

Glen Ryan would be a good choice for the lillies, there is nothing like a home county manager.
Grimley is the Armagh manager I think, in all fairness do armagh really want him!

Ok as a meath man I want mcgeeney to stay so we only have to focus on laois and dublin. But they may have some hope with a quality manager

Lads you do know grimley and Ryan have been appointed in Armagh and Longford for next year??
Also mc geeney has another 2 years on his term with Kildare.
Let's get real lads, Kildare hadn't been in the Qf before mcgeeney.hes now led them there 5 years in a row.
Looking at them today you'd have to think the ship has sailed for this group but be careful what you wish for.
Kildare arent real all Ireland contenders, so competing at this level consistently is a good achievement .
