...well if dublin is only half dubs thats still a population of over 500,000...thats still more than enough of a support base to easily outnumber anybody else and dublin is made up of well over half dubs...kerry have always had poor support besides the final and cork are the poorest supported team in the country while donegal had to travel 4 hours or more...like just admit your support on the day and a fair bit of the time has been very poor for the size of the county...im not saying dublin has the worst support in the country or anything like that but it certainly isn't anything special considering the size of the population

I wouldnt have a problem with most of what you say there, just that it does have the biggest support and attendances and yes it should have for its population, its not the best if you are going on ratio to population thats for sure , what can ye do thats life.

but the likes of betty jumping on one match where we still had the most supporters per team , granted donegals was brilliant for their traveling distance and population of about 160,000. and yes Dublin should have bigger crowds , for its size.

Still arguement is getting boring now .

Good post but you have to see this from both sides. Hill comes out with such one sided bias towards the dublin support it's hilarious. so i come out with the other extreme to even things up. bottom line as you've said dublin is not the best supported but there is no telling that to hill. a large % of meath, kildare, wicklow and many other counties as far away as cavan have loads of dubs living in them so they kind of counteract the 200,000 foreigners in dublin. he chooses to ignore valid points like that though.

haha their is so much wrong ith this i dont know where to start, first off your a hypocrite you say its hilarious that in your opinion i am biased to dublin but then you turn around say in the next line that you in turn try to even things up by being anti dublin haha how on earth can that make or a proper debate and you say im bad at debating man you just walk yourself into these walls dont you.you actualy now are making my argument for me you have argued all dublin supporters have to do is walk or get on a luas as you say to croker now you turn around and say their is a large % of other countys have dublin people living in them haha so the luas and the dart go as far as cavan nowadays does it.i tried to point this out to you that plenty of dubs have to travel up for matches from other countys to croker to see dublin play

Hill just stop lad! That shovel must be fairly worn out by now.

To answer your reply. The fact there are hundreds of thousands of dubs living in counties around dublin kind of says there should be even more going than there is. Over a million dubs on the doorstep of croker then hundreds of thousands extra populated around dublin. back to the donegal / dublin argument, they all those dubs living in cavan for example have about half their distance to travel so living in meath/wicklow/louth/kildare/laois/cavan etc is no excuse.

As a dub poster said earlier you are far from the best supporters. i will admit your not the worst but you need to cop on and stop acting like your the best because your simply not. croker should be filled on the second of september, if it isn't there is something seriously wrong with the dubs.

50 thousand for the huring semi final was good crowd i dont know what planet your living on bettystownroyal.
there was 40 thousand the week before for the first semi final so overall 90 thousand attended both semi finals thats an increase of 15 thousand on last years hurling semi finals so they would have to pleased with that.

as for the football semi finals i would say 60 thousand for cork v doengal and full house for dublin v mayo

i'm guessing under 50k for cork v donegal and 75k for dublin v mayo. yes it's good that it went up but still it's tipp v kilkenny though they would have got 60k.

i wouldnt expect that much for the donegal game hill..cork will have no support as usual i would say 40-50,000 be more likely with all of it coming from donegal..i expect a full house for the dubs as mayo will bring a huge crowd for the semi and the dubs will also

wont be under 50k for cork v donegal as both upper cusack and upper hogan are on sale
dublin v mayo lower tier is sold out nearly just a few singles here and there while the hill is sold out now only nally available and uppercusack is 3 quarters sold out and upper hogan has been on sale since sunday so would reckon its on course for full house

Is this true or is it just you coming out with your usual bs? You should realise that there is more places to buy tickets than tickets.ie and ticketmaster...

We'll have huge support on Sunday and will probably comfortably outnumber the Cork boys. The two factors in a high attendance this Sunday are how may Cork supporters show up and how many neutrals go along, because well definitely keep our end up, with the best part of 30,000 Donegal folk!
