"Are we looking at a st brigids v st brigids final?" Nope cause it's leinster v Connacht in the semi, some laughable comments by the so called neutral fans. As i said over on the Roscommon thread ref was poor gave soft frees to both sides he didn't allow the game to flow in the end Corofin poor scoring of just 3 points in the 2nd half after a fine 1st half cost them the game.

Well done St Brigid's first time since the 1990 that a Roscommon club side have won back to back Connacht titles

In fairness because they are neutral they can recognise how bad the ref was for one side. You unfortunately can't admit it to yourself.

The like's of 51longago isn't neutral he can't stand any Roscommon teams. i did admit here & elsewhere the ref was poor but Corofin are trying to disguise the fact that they were poor in the 2nd half & threw away a game that they could have won.

And still never an All Ireland, clann gael must have won several provincials back in the 80s, still Roscommon i suppose capitalised on Connachts darkest footballing period, some would say that is proof of their overall weakness through out history in the bigger scale of it all.

Cant see them playing the replay in Limerick as it would give home advantage to the Treaty men and they would bring a huge crowd. Thought Crusheen would win it but went out of the game for 15 minutes in second half where they went from being four up to level. Downes was poor i thought after the first five minutes not a penalty either i think Downes just kicked the ground

Hang on now a minute. I don't mind taking a bit of a slagging from Kerry fans or Dub fans or any other county who are successful. But it's laughable when lads from from less than mediocre football counties come on here Mayo-bashing when they wouldn't know an All-Ireland Final if it slapped them in the face. At least I can say that my county consistently compete with the top teams in the country and our goal is always to become one of the top teams in the country. It must be really disappointing when your own county team can barely dream of a championship win never mind reach an All-Ireland final. These counties with no ambition have absolutely no right to be trying to slag off mayo. And before I'm reminded that Longford beat us in 2010, that was no great achievement, they beat the worst Mayo team in recent history that day. Sad really that that win is their biggest achievement lately.

the match today in armagh had everything -

1. massive crowd -12,000 plus
2. 2 competitive teams
3. brill defending from cross
4. spills, near misses good saves especially from murdock in the burren goals,

but no coverage from rte or tg4,

i don't expect tg4 to show it live, but rte responce was poor,

Hardly Mayo-bashing i think your tad sensitive. 51longago on the other hand loves bashing any county that he feels are not as good as Mayo.

Clondalkin you are right there Brigids Portlaoise game was a great game 2-16 to 1-15 after extra time match was level at h/t f/t half time in extra time Brigids went 1 up with 2 minuntes left and then Brigids got a goal with almost the last kick through Philly Ryan didnt see the Dr.Crokes came but cant see it having been any better than this.
